Credo la sua opera più intensa e complessa, sia a livello di emozioni che di disegni. 

Gli sconfinati paesaggi lunari, rappresentati con i consueti giochi cinematografici sulle larghezze delle inquadrature si alternano alle devastanti emozioni del protagonista astronauta, sia per quello che riguarda l'essere sulla luna, che le conseguenze nella vita privata. Il tutto intervallato dalle nozioni storiche dei fallimenti e dei successi nei tentativi di arrivare lassù. Non mancano ovviamente le gag comiche (tipo quella della cicogna) a fare da contorno a tutto quanto.

Inizialmente avevo trovato poco consono alle vignette le dimensioni extra-large del volume, che rendono invece ancora più ammirevoli le splash page con le panoramiche lunari (di cui ho cercato in rete, ma purtroppo non ho trovato nulla; fare la foto col cellulare e postarla non sarebbe rappresentativo a sufficienza... quindi compratelo, leggetevelo e godetelo).

Dopo il double (ma che io preferisco chiamare "biplete") della stagione scorsa, potevamo tornare a parlare così presto della nostra squadra preferita?
Se state leggendo, la risposta è sì.

Tanto per cominciare, sappiate che abbiamo scelto la casacca viola perché riporta sopra un "8", come gli scudetti vinti fino a quel momento.

A inizio stagione il sorteggio di Champions è infingardo quanto quello dell'anno scorso, quello di Coppa fattibile, quello di Campionato ci dà come favoriti.

La stagione però inizia zoppicante: si gioca, si fa bel gioco, ma si ricevono pochi risultati, in particolare una sfilza di pareggi.

All'11sima giornata perdiamo in casa 3-0 con Matteo FC, e finiamo a -7 dalla vetta (a metà classifica). In Champions passiamo agli ottavi, ma incontriamo un avversario troppo forte che ci farà fuori come niente. In Coppa, complice non aver potuto seguire le partite, usciamo ai quarti proprio contro Matteo FC, capoclassifica nel nostro Campionato.

Decidiamo così di dare spazio ai giovani: in campio gli undici giocatori con l'età inferiore, per farli crescere e programmare la prossima stagione. Modulo adatto a contenerli tutti, il 5-3-2. E a questo punto succede qualcosa: si inanellano una serie di risultati positivi. Il -7 diventa -4. Iniziamo a crederci? Lì davanti c'è uno in gamba... ma non provarci sarebbe un crimine! Alcuni big tornano in campo, e la serie di vittorie prosegue... il -4 diventa -1 e dopo 12 vittorie consecutive, andiamo ad affrontare il capoclassifica... quello che ci inflisse l'ultima sconfitta... e lo andiamo ad affrontare a casa sua... come finirà?

A questo punto, padroni del nostro destino, affrontiamo nelle ultime due giornate l'ultima e la penultima in classifica. 2-0 non proprio liscio come ce l'aspettavamo, alla prima, e tranquilla vittoria esterna alla seconda. Quindici risultati utili positivi, e il titolo resta al PalArioli.

E attenzione, perché i giocatori che tra quelli qui sotto erano presenti anche la scorsa stagione, raggiungono lo storico capitano D. Lella come giocatori più titolati del club a quota 3 trofei
